
SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Orders are shipped in 2-3 working days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays within the United Kingdom) via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature on delivery. To start processing on the same day, order must placed before 6pm.
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days from shipment date. Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes could take longer to arrive.
Once order has been handed over to our couriers, all shipments are governed by their terms of carriage. Any loss or damage should be reported to us in writing as soon as reasonably possible. We will take all reasonable steps to notify the courier of the issue promptly.
The courier will investigate any claim for loss, which may take up to 14 days. If the claim is approved, we will either replace the item or refund the full value of your order once compensation has been received. If the claim is denied, such as in cases where the courier determines the item was correctly delivered, their decision will be considered final, and no compensation will be issued.
2. CANCELLATION
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase; once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. TRACKING
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your parcel's tracking number.
