REFUND POLICY

1. RETURNS

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.

• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as when received. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that perfume samples and sale items are non-refundable.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at notrudehonest@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges unless the items are defective or damaged.
 

2. DAMAGED ITEMS

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if any items are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

3. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and you will be notified. We are a small, independent retailer, and all refunds are handled manually. Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Any shipping, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable.
 

If it has been more than 15 working days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please get in touch with us via email @notrudehonest@gmail.com.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
