TIPS FOR SCENT XPLORE 2026

I attended Scent Xplore for the first time in December of 2025 and I had a great time. I plan to attend in 2026 as well, and if you'd like to join me, below is a recap of my experience and some tips to make your experience a good one.
2025 Details
Dates: 4-6 December 2025
Times: 12pm to 6pm each day
Price before 5% processing fee: $99 before September 1st, $129 September 2nd to November 2nd and $149 November 3rd to December 3rd
Location: Center 415, 415 5th Ave, New York, 10016, United States
Notable of exhibitors: Xerjoff, Amouage, Jusbox, Floraïku, House of Iyrah, House of Cosmo, Une Nuit Nomade, Giardini di Toscana and at least 100 more!
Tips for Scent Xplore
Book early!
Tickets are cheaper the earlier you book them and they come with a goodie bag, so I would definitely take advantage of that. Also, the closer to the date it gets, hotels and transportation become expensive/get booked up, so the earlier the better.
Delay entrance
On Day 1, the queue was very long at the start of the event, it literally went around the building! I would wait 1-2 hours after General Admission doors open to go, you're not likely to have missed much. The first Masterclass & Presentation usually starts an hour after doors open.
Create a schedule
Review the program and decide which of the Masterclass & Presentation sessions you want to attend and set reminders for them. It will prevent you from missing the panel's you're interested in and allow you to better organise your booth exploration time.

Review the list of brands that will be in attendance and make a list of the brands that are a must-see for you. At the event, go to those first; there are so many booths that it is very possible that you'll miss them if you're not intentional.
Purchase ASAP
Buy the perfumes you fall in love with asap, they sell out quickly! Many brands reported selling out on Day 1. I assume they will come more prepared for 2026, but I wouldn't take the risk.
The details for the 8th Edition of Scent Xplore in 2026 are not available yet, but the dates have been confirmed as the 5th to 7th of November 2026. Once the tickets and the program become available, I will let you know, but you can also register on www.scentxplore.com to be notified directly.
